The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is a program under the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) that provides services to eligible individuals with developmental disabilities, such as autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, intellectual disabilities, and Down syndrome.

Eligibility includes Arizona residency, a qualifying diagnosis before age 18, substantial functional limitations in daily life, and, for children under 6, being at risk of developmental disabilities.

Eligibility is decided through a review of medical, educational, and functional documents by intake staff, with reassessments at ages 6 and 18 or as needed.

ALTCS is a Medicaid program managed by AHCCCS that provides long-term care services to individuals who qualify based on financial and medical criteria.

Services include attendant care, habilitation, respite care, employment services, transportation, medical and behavioral health services, and home modifications.
