Etipser was inspired by founder Lisa Shamah’s personal journey as a parent of a child with Down syndrome. Her challenges in finding qualified caregivers and ensuring they received adequate training is what drove her to establishing Etipser. At the heart of our company is a commitment to helping families navigate the complexities of caregiving with ease, compassion, and excellence.
